About Me

I'm Tharana Inu Laksith, a GIS expert and Ecologist in Sri Lanka. Nature and wildlife made me wonder from a younger age. That pushed me to explore the world of wildlife, after the university, I started to research, especially on biodiversity. As a result, I've worked with several figures on terrestrial animals and marine mammals in Sri Lanka. Wildlife photography came with that. I loved it. Recently I wanted to start Biodiversity Research by myself. Therefore I'm starting this Blog as a part of finding fund resources. I'm also organizing ethically guided Wildlife Photography and Safari tours in Sri Lankan national parks to fund those research work.

I'm cordially inviting people from all around the world who are interested in Biodiversity research and conservation to join me. Details about ongoing projects are listed on the Projects page. I hope nature and wildlife lovers will join me for a photography tour or research.

Please find my contact details on the Contact Info page.

Thank You so much for visiting my Blog and have a WONDERFUL day to you....
